What This Role Is

Work from home speaking with households who have already requested information about coverage. You’ll connect with interested prospects, learn what they are looking for, present appropriate options, answer questions, and help them move forward with coverage that fits their needs.

Your day includes back-to-back conversations, follow-up, and guiding people from their initial questions through enrollment. The right person is comfortable building rapport quickly, keeping conversations moving, and confidently explaining options without being pushy.

Day to Day

Connect with households who have requested information and learn what they are looking for.
Present coverage options clearly and explain how each option works.
Answer questions and address concerns so people can make informed decisions.
Guide interested households through the application and enrollment process.
Follow up with people who need additional information or time to decide.
Ask thoughtful questions to understand coverage needs and priorities.
Build rapport quickly and keep conversations focused and productive.
Send friendly reminders before scheduled conversations and maintain organized follow-up notes.

Qualifications

Reliable internet service and a computer that runs modern software.
Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone.
Strong listening skills and the ability to ask effective questions.
Confident communicating information and explaining options clearly.
Organized, consistent with follow-up, and comfortable managing multiple conversations.
Respectful and professional when discussing household budgets and coverage needs.
Able to stay focused and productive during a full workday.
