Plenty of requests arrive daily, so the calling list stays full. Your job is reviewing financial services and insurance coverage choices, comparing what plans include, answering questions, and helping households enroll in something affordable.
Staying focused through a long stretch of calls is the main challenge of the job. People who need lengthy breaks between conversations rarely enjoy it. Training, mentorship, warm leads, and results based pay are included, along with tools that keep applications moving. Commission based shouldn't be intimidating, as the team makes sure you are successful throughout.
What You'll Do
- Dial households the same week they raised a hand.
- Explain what a given plan includes, and where it stops.
- Sort daily contacts so the busiest hours stay productive.
- Circle back with anyone who needed extra time before deciding.
- Fill out the application together, checking every answer before submitting.
- Set clear expectations about timing, paperwork, and what comes next.
