Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and expertise in HRIS systems, labor laws, and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Oversee compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Lead employee onboarding, orientation programs, and training & development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paychex), and HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop performance management processes to support employee growth.
- Supervise HR sourcing activities including recruiting strategies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Manage HR program design related to organization structure, change management, and process improvements.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes and develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, HR policy formulation, and budget management related to human capital.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or senior HR roles with a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, or similar platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and benefits administration.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with experience in conflict management and program management.
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading HR teams or projects effectively.
- Experience in strategic planning, data analysis for HR metrics, process improvement initiatives, and managing HR budgets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. This position offers an opportunity to shape our human resources strategy while fostering a dynamic work environment that promotes growth and innovation within the organization.
Pay: $76,047.02 - $89,540.49 per year
