Role Overview
The Interim Director, Workday Applications Consultant will lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide Workday “big bang” implementation across a hospital system, followed by post–go-live production support. This role owns the end-to-end Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Security, ensuring a stable, scalable, and high-quality ERP environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience leading Workday or large-scale ERP systems.
Strong experience with hospital or healthcare IT environments.
Proven success leading enterprise ERP transformations and big-bang deployments.
Expertise in HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Workday Security.
Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with quality assurance, governance, and testing methodologies.
Ability to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions
Pay: $51.77 - $60.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
