Job Responsibilities for the Compensation Analyst:
- Lead annual compensation cycles (Merit and MIP), including eligibility, audits, testing, and post-cycle support
- Provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, adjustments, and re-leveling
- Maintain compensation policies, governance standards, and decision frameworks
- Manage and update Workday compensation dashboards, job profiles, grades, and audit tools
- Ensure data accuracy, access controls, and compliance with compensation governance protocols
- Lead market pricing using survey tools (e.g., Radford, Culpepper) and manage annual survey submissions
- Partner with HRBPs on job leveling, market alignment, and job architecture consistency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries and Service Desk requests
Job Requirements for the Compensation Analyst:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation program management
- Strong Workday compensation experience (dashboards, job profiles, audits, data governance)
- Proven ability to manage complex compensation cycles with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
