About the Role
We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst to own and execute core compensation programs while serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders. This role blends hands-on program management, Workday expertise, market pricing, and stakeholder consultation to ensure our compensation practices are competitive, compliant, and consistently applied.
What You’ll Do
Compensation Program Management
- Lead and execute annual compensation cycles (Merit and MIP), including eligibility setup, validations, audits, testing, and post-cycle support
- Provide compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders, including recommendations for offers, promotions, adjustments, re-leveling, and risk mitigation
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, governance practices, and decision-making frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance
Workday Compensation & Data Governance
- Maintain and enhance Workday compensation dashboards, audit tools, job profile data, and compensation codes
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of job profiles, compensation grades, and job architecture across the organization
- Strengthen compensation data governance, including access controls, role-based visibility, and adherence to need-to-know protocols
Market Pricing & Job Architecture
- Lead market pricing initiatives using survey tools such as Radford and Culpepper, including annual survey submissions
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure appropriate leveling and market alignment across roles
- Support job description and job profile standardization efforts, ensuring consistency in structure and compensation alignment
Stakeholder Support & Consultation
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for compensation inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and practical guidance
- Manage and respond to Compensation ServiceDesk requests and ad-hoc analyses
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leaders
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including market pricing, job architecture, and annual compensation program administration
- Strong Workday experience, including compensation dashboards, job profile maintenance, audits, and data governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven attention to detail and ability to manage complex compensation cycles with precision
