Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition initiatives and drive the growth of our organization. Duties
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Workday, and other HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on employment & labor law compliance, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Conduct executive recruiting efforts for senior leadership roles through targeted outreach and leveraging networks like LinkedIn or Salesforce.
- Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent through career fairs, partnerships with universities, and lead generation activities.
- Oversee internal recruiting efforts to promote employee development, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives.
- Utilize negotiation skills to extend offers, manage contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience that aligns with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, employee evaluations, and onboarding documentation while ensuring compliance with employment law.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources with a focus on recruiting across various levels including executive recruitment and campus hiring.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Taleo, Lever, or iCIMS; HRIS systems like Kronos or Paychex; and social media management tools for sourcing candidates.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, research techniques, and cold calling for candidate outreach.
- Familiarity with HR software including Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Salesforce or similar systems for data management and reporting.
- Experience in training & development programs related to recruiting best practices and onboarding processes.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
