Title: Sr. Analyst, Compensation Incentives
Pay Rate: $45-57 per hour DOE
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (must work CST; hours may vary based on business needs)
Interviews: Conducted via Microsoft Teams
Client Location: Houston, TX 77077
This pivotal role collaborates closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership to craft competitive, equitable, and scalable incentive solutions that drive organizational success. Required Skills:
- Exceptional integrity and discretion when managing confidential compensation data
- Strong strategic and customer-focused mindset with dedication to operational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective influence at senior levels
- Advanced analytical skills, including data modeling and translating complex insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven project management ability in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling)
- Experience with compensation survey platforms (e.g., MarketPay) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with compensation design and administration
- Ability to develop dashboards and executive reports
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compensation programs
- Familiarity with other analytics or visualization tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR analytics roles, with a focus on compensation design preferred
- Certifications such as CCP, PHR, or SPHR are advantageous
Other Requirements:
- This role is 100% remote, with work hours aligned to Central Standard Time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, hours may vary based on business needs)
- Ability to participate in interviews via Microsoft Teams
- No travel required
