Our Client is seeking an Analyst, Compensation – Field Incentives to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth administration and execution of field incentive and compensation programs, serving as a key liaison between field operations, compensation, payroll, and HR.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day administration of field incentive and commission programs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the primary support contact for field employees and leaders regarding incentive plans, earnings statements, and compensation inquiries.
- Partner with Compensation, Payroll, HR, and Operations to research and resolve pay discrepancies and system issues.
- Maintain incentive tracking tools, databases, and dashboards to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Assist with testing, implementation, and updates of incentive plans and system enhancements.
- Prepare reports on incentive performance, payouts, and trends for leadership review.
- Support documentation, training materials, and communications to ensure clarity and consistency.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation, payroll, HR operations, or incentive administration support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (CCP, PHR, SPHR preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation plans clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with discretion in handling sensitive information.
