Job Title: Workday Finance Analyst
Location: Remote
(Candidates must be based in Dallas, TX, OH (Ohio), Syracuse NY, or FL OR Nashville, MN)
Summary:
Seeking a Workday Finance Analyst to support and optimize Workday Financial Management, including configuration, integrations, reporting, and process improvements. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to enhance system efficiency, ensure data integrity, and streamline financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, etc.)
- Manage integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) and reporting
- Maintain data accuracy, security, and system controls
- Analyze business requirements and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years ERP/Finance systems experience, with 2+ years in Workday Finance
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules, reporting, and integrations
- Good analytical, communication, and project management skills
