Location: Hybrid 3x on site and 2x remote in Minneapolis, MN, Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 months + possible extension

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience executing Functional and Regression Testing
- •Experience testing .NET applications
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
We are seeking a contingent HR Benefits Testing Analyst to support validation of benefits billing and financial accuracy during a high volume testing period. This role will focus on testing benefit billing outputs from an internal .NET application.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute testing related to HR Benefits Billing, including:
o Population identification
o Premium calculations and billing amounts
o Payment credits
• Validate alignment between benefits eligibility, payroll deductions, and billing outputs
• Perform billing reconciliation testing (expected vs. actual charges) across scenarios
• Validate billing files, reports, and downstream outputs
• Execute test scripts, document results, and capture defects with clear evidence
• Partner with benefits and payroll teams to validate fixes and retest results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR benefits billing, benefits administration, or benefits/payroll testing
- Strong understanding of:
- Benefits premium calculations
- Retroactivity and effective dating impacts on billing
- Familiarity with Workday Benefits, benefits billing reports, or vendor billing files
