Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing through ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate employee orientation and integration into the organization.
- Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Oversee benefits administration programs using HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; ensure compliance with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation policies, OSHA regulations, and other employment laws.
- Drive employee relations efforts by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with organizational values.
- Implement strategic HR initiatives such as affirmative action planning, succession planning, organization design, and change management projects to support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate data collection and entry related to HR metrics using tools like Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity; generate reports for leadership review.
- Administer payroll processes ensuring accuracy through systems like Kronos or Dayforce; manage contracts and compliance documentation diligently.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance requirements such as OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in project management related to HR initiatives like organization design or workforce planning.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro; proficiency in data collection and reporting tools is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization while managing conflict effectively.

Pay: $75,667.19 - $100,900.27 per year
