Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees while maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and tax regulations. Your expertise in payroll systems and accounting software will be instrumental in managing confidential information, processing payroll data, and supporting benefits administration. Duties
- Manage and process payroll using systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, or similar platforms
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor law regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Reconcile payroll data through detailed analysis of spreadsheets and accounting software, including QuickBooks and other financial tools
- Handle payroll tax calculations, filings, and reporting accurately and on schedule
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while supporting HRIS and benefits administration functions
- Collaborate with human resources and finance teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping for time & attendance systems and general ledger entries
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes related to payroll expenses and benefits payments
Requirements
- Proven experience with payroll management systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or UltiPro
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, payroll tax law, and financial concepts related to payroll processing
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) and accounting software like QuickBooks or similar platforms
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and time & attendance systems for accurate data entry and recordkeeping
- Experience handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and general ledger reconciliation
- Excellent analysis skills combined with a solid understanding of payroll management principles

Pay: $29.25 - $37.82 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
