Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including social media management, job boards, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Lead talent sourcing efforts utilizing HRIS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft to identify and engage potential candidates effectively.
- Conduct thorough interviewing processes, assessing candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth while maintaining compliance with employment and labor law standards.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on hiring needs and candidate expectations.
- Negotiate employment contracts, offers, and employment terms to secure top talent while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize ATS platforms like Lever or Taleo for applicant tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate candidate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide employee orientation, onboarding support, and employee evaluation processes to foster engagement and retention from day one.
Skills
- Proven expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for effective relationship management.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP (PeopleSoft), ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, and Taleo for efficient data management.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during all hiring activities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or iCIMS to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Ability to conduct research on market trends and lead generation tactics to identify top talent pools.
- Skilled in social media management for employer branding and candidate outreach campaigns.
- Competence in training & development initiatives related to talent acquisition processes.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, contracts management, succession planning, and employee orientation programs.
