Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple departments, driving strategic talent sourcing and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various functions, including technical roles, executive positions, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide guidance on employment law compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Engage in employer branding activities utilizing social media management tools and research techniques to enhance our talent acquisition presence.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and participate in campus recruitment events to attract emerging talent.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and facilitating smooth transitions for new hires.
- Stay current on industry trends in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP HR, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, and Paychex to optimize recruiting workflows.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role within fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage offers effectively while maintaining positive candidate relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, lead generation, research methods, and social media outreach.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft or equivalent platforms.
- Solid understanding of employment law regulations related to hiring practices across different jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms like Salesforce or UltiPro for data management and reporting purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
