Position Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports Bath Community Hospital’s hiring and recruitment processes by assisting with job postings, applicant tracking, candidate communication, hiring workflow follow-up, and recruitment documentation. This role partners with Human Resources and hiring managers to support timely hiring processes, positive candidate experiences, and recruitment workflow organization.
Essential Functions
- Post approved positions to internal and external recruitment platforms
- Monitor applicant tracking systems and assist with timely applicant communication and dispositioning
- Follow up with hiring managers regarding applicant review, interview scheduling, interview notes, reference checks, and hiring workflow timelines
- Upload and maintain recruitment-related documentation within HR systems
- Assist with coordination of Position Request Forms and hiring approvals as directed by Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment workflow tracking and hiring process follow-up
- Support recruitment marketing, social media recruitment efforts, and workforce outreach initiatives as needed
- Assist with recruitment system implementation, maintenance, testing, and process organization
- Respond to applicant and manager inquiries related to recruitment processes
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding applicant and employee information
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree or relevant Human Resources, administrative, marketing, or business experience required
- Experience: Experience in recruitment coordination, Human Resources support, administrative support, customer service, or healthcare operations required
- Healthcare Experience: Healthcare or hospital-based experience preferred but not required
- Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online recruitment systems preferred
- Social Media Experience: Experience with social media engagement, recruitment marketing, or employer branding preferred

Working Conditions

- Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and frequent follow-up communication
- Occasional travel between hospital and clinic locations, recruitment events, and community outreach activities may be required
