Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo, and conducting interviews to identify top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
- Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to support continuous growth.
- Handle benefits administration, including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and retirement plans like Paychex or ADP.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA, ensuring policies are current and effectively communicated.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organization design, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
- Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting data collection for HR metrics, and promoting positive communication across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
- Knowledge of employment law regulations including OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with administrative experience in data entry, contracts management, and social media management related to employer branding.
- Ability to navigate HR sourcing tools like Lever or iCIMS and payroll systems such as Paychex or Paylocity effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection, employee records maintenance, and performance tracking. Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
